Migrarea la Microsoft 365: Ce Trebuie Să Știi Înainte de Tranziție

De ce să migrezi la Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365 (fostul Office 365) a devenit standardul de facto pentru productivitate în mediul business. Combinația de aplicații familiare (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) cu servicii cloud (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive) oferă companiilor flexibilitate, colaborare îmbunătățită și acces de oriunde la resursele de lucru.

Dar migrarea nu înseamnă doar să îți muți email-ul în cloud. Este o transformare a modului în care echipa ta lucrează, comunică și stochează informațiile. De aceea, planificarea atentă face diferența între o tranziție lină și una problematică.

Ce trebuie pregătit înainte de migrare?

Auditul infrastructurii existente — prima etapă este inventarierea completă: câte căsuțe de email aveți, ce dimensiune au, ce aplicații depind de Exchange on-premises, ce reguli de transport email sunt configurate. Acest audit stabilește complexitatea proiectului.

Alegerea planului potrivit — Microsoft 365 oferă mai multe planuri (Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, Enterprise E3/E5). Fiecare include funcționalități diferite. Alegerea greșită înseamnă fie costuri inutile, fie funcționalități lipsă.

Pregătirea Active Directory — dacă utilizezi Active Directory on-premises, va trebui configurat Azure AD Connect pentru sincronizarea identităților. Aceasta asigură că utilizatorii se autentifică cu aceleași credențiale, atât local cât și în cloud.

Planificarea migrării datelor — email-urile, calendarele, contactele și fișierele trebuie migrate fără pierderi. Migrarea poate fi realizată în etape (batch migration) pentru a minimiza impactul asupra activității zilnice.

Microsoft Entra ID — noua identitate digitală

Microsoft Entra ID (fostul Azure Active Directory) este platforma de identitate cloud a Microsoft. Dincolo de simpla autentificare, Entra ID oferă Single Sign-On (SSO) pentru sute de aplicații SaaS, Conditional Access pentru politici de securitate granulare și Identity Protection cu detecție automată a comportamentelor suspecte.

Integrarea cu Active Directory on-premises creează un model de identitate hibridă, oferind utilizatorilor o experiență unitară indiferent că accesează resurse locale sau cloud.

Greșeli comune la migrare

Din experiența proiectelor de migrare implementate de Gobalt Solutions, cele mai frecvente greșeli sunt: subestimarea timpului necesar, neglijarea configurării DNS (în special a înregistrărilor MX, SPF, DKIM și DMARC), lipsa comunicării către utilizatori despre schimbările ce urmează și omiterea testării înainte de cutover-ul final.

O migrare bine planificată durează de obicei 2-6 săptămâni pentru o companie de 50-200 de utilizatori, incluzând pregătirea, migrarea propriu-zisă și perioada de stabilizare post-migrare.
